Trunk Or Treat is one of our largest events of the year bringing together the entire community for a night of great food, costume contest, hayrides, and of course lots of candy for the kids!

Schedule of events:

• 6:00-7:00: Food and Hayride.

• 7:00-7:30: Costume contest.

• 7:30- 8:00: Trunk Or Treating.

Categories: Chili | Soups | Breads | Desserts Drop-off: 5:00–5:15 PM in the Fellowship Hall (Judging runs 5:30–6:00 PM) Note: Not entering the contest? Non-judged desserts (homemade or store-bought) are also welcome—we’re feeding a huge crowd!

TRUNK OR TREAT VOLUNTEERS We need a lot of trunks and even more candy to pull this off! Please plan to park, decorate your trunk, and bring plenty of treats to share.

This is such a fun and FREE event for the community; we hope to see everyone at Sutallee Baptist Church! October 25th @ 6:00pm for Trunk Or Treat!

Cost is $200 per person. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due by October 1 (reservation deadline). We will leave the church around 8 am on the 12th and drive to Raleigh. This way, we can spend time shopping and relaxing before the meeting starts at 6 pm on Friday.

A hot breakfast is served daily at the hotel. You will be responsible for your own meals on Thursday, Friday lunch, and Saturday dinner. They will serve dinner on Friday and a box lunch on Saturday at noon. (These meals are included with the $50 registration fee)

The hotel is $150 per person, $75 a night.

The Ladies Retreat is a special event hosted by Beacon Baptist Church to encourage, refresh, and strengthen women in their walk with christ.
